We Make it Easy for New Jersey Businesses

The mission of the New Jersey Department of Labor and Workforce Development—to build a stronger workforce that meets the demands and needs of New Jersey business—supports economic development.

Business Resource Centers (BRCs), located throughout the state in our One-Stop Career Centers, offer services AT NO COST.  BRCs provide a single point of contact to assist New Jersey-based businesses.  Whether you are already in business, just starting, or expanding, BRCs can help you:

Recruit qualified workers: tell us your needs and we will help you find qualified applicants
  • Access to thousands of qualified workers with the skills you require
  • Customized recruitment programs to screen and refer suitable applicants
  • Access to BRC facilities (for interviews, meetings, or to use fax machines, computers, Internet, etc.)
