To insure Workforce New Jersey's employment and training system
professionals are fully prepared to use the new One Stop Operating
System (OSOS) in July 2000, the State is taking a number of actions.
Included in these are provision of:
- Orientation and training sessions;
- Manuals and Desk Aides;
- Local Office "experts";
- Department of Labor Help Desk;
- Division of Employment & Training user analyst support;
and
- this "Frequently Asked Question" page.
As this page grows, we will organize questions by subject,
but initially they will appear in order asked.
